Arriving in your own boat? You’re welcome to dock at Kastellet’s guest harbor, which offers approximately 15 guest berths – some at Y-berths and others along the sides of the pier.
Guest berths are free of charge for visitors to the island and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the harbor is full, we recommend Vaxholm Guest Harbor, from which you can easily catch the Kastellet boat over to the island.
It’s easy to get to Kastellet on your own, but if you prefer, we’re happy to arrange transportation all the way. A boat ride from Nybrokajen takes 45–75 minutes depending on which vessel you choose. It’s also possible to reach us by bus, car, or taxi – but the final leg always involves a water taxi to Kastellet.
