Welcome to the Bistro at Vaxholm Fortress \u2013 an oasis in the heart of the archipelago. Tucked into a charming corner of the fortress courtyard, the Bistro offers a relaxed setting where modern flavors meet historical surroundings. As summer arrives, we move closer to the sea \u2013 to our waterfront gem, Sj\u00f6boden<\/strong>. Here, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks with the ocean at your feet and sailboats gliding by. It\u2019s the perfect stop before or after visiting the museum, or a destination in itself. Our specialty is pinsa<\/strong>, a crisp oval pizza topped with flavor-packed combinations that are sure to delight. Choose from timeless options like goat cheese with pear and balsamic<\/strong>, prosciutto with parmesan<\/strong>, or our sweet favorite with Nutella and strawberries<\/strong>.<\/p>
